The National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) assured that the government will soon be able to arrest Senator Panfilo "Ping" Lacson, who was currently out of the country after the spate of warrant arrests that were served against him.


NBI Spokesman Atty. Ric Diaz stated that Lacson was knowned for his ability and familiarity with the intelligence and police works, as he used to be the Chief of the Philippine National Police (PNP).


However, Diaz stated the Lacson knew nothing about the governmental system, and he could never beat it nor get away from it.
