Rap against Arroyo denied by Comelec for 2nd time

Manila, Philippines--The Commission on Elections (COMELEC) Second Division junked the petition of Akbayan Rep.Riza Hontiveros against President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo.
This was the second petition that was filed against PGMA, regarding her plans to run for a position at the second district of Pampanga, after COMELEC fall in favor of Arroyo.
