General Santos and Lubang Island experiences 2.9 magnitude quake

Manila, Philippines--General Santos City and Lubang Island experienced a quake this early morning.
Rommy Tabanlar of the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (philvolcs), stated that a 2.9 magnitude quake was felt all over Lubang Island at around 12:47 AM.
The epicenter of the quake was found 68 kilometers South and 61 kilometers East in Tagaytay City.
