TO: Mr Rey Langit,
Good Day. I would like to believe that the vison/mission statement of ALIW Broadcasting Network/DWIZ is public service. Being so your listeners should be at the core of you mandate based on this premise, I am calling on you to discuss this matter between and among yourselves.
I texted Mr. Eli Aligora, your Program Director and Mrs. Marou Pahati-Sarne to bring to the attention of Dr. Rey V. Aquino Philhealth President/CEO the sudden stoppage of our Philhealth benefits at the Hemotek Renal Center at Festival Mall, Alabang. Muntinlupa City as you may know we are dialysis patients of Hemotek, Mr. Aligora and Mrs. Sarne failed to bring to the attention of Dr. Aquino our concern.
I followed up my texts and a certain Tin-Tin texted back asking for my landline number while saying at the same time that immediately she will call me I did as requested only to received her text that our number is busy. My wife and I were amazed because no one used the phone. Later there were exchanges of text messages. As of this date nor resolved is foresee. Ano ba ito lokohan kung hindi ako matutulungan sabihin lang para d ako umaasa.
I am an avid follower of your radio station, respecting your people. I have 2 sets of radio if only to be able to follow your programs. Nag uumpisa ako makinig sa inyo sa programa ni Lakay at 4am wala ng tigil iyon hanggang kay Atty No Case. pati na rin tuwing Sabado at Linggo. You are my constant companion at my age I am 64 and bed-ridden and can neither stand nor walk. Sometimes I have vertigo and my eyesight is failing me even with my spectacles. Also my fingers is being attacked by my osteo-arthritis. Kaya huwag niyo naman akong tratuhin ng ganito. Tulungan niyo po ako,
Salamat Po.
Gumagalang,
